Pint-sized cutie Rachel Bilson has hit up the talk show circuit to promote her new film 'Jumper' which she stars opposite of boyfriend Hayden Christensen. The first stop was Regis and Kelly where she signed photographs of herself outside for fans.
When asked about Hayden Christensen, Rachel Bilson said she would give him a 10 in kissing!
